How do prepaid support hours work?
Prepaid support hours are a simple, flexible alternative to a monthly managed plan. You purchase a block of hours in advance, and we deduct time from that balance as we complete work for you, until the hours are used up.

- We do the work and deduct the time from your balance.
- We flag when you're running low, so you can top up before you next need us.
