Pricing & plans
Do you charge per user or per device?
We generally charge per user, which keeps pricing simple and predictable as your team grows — you always know what next month costs, and adding or removing a staff member is a clean, obvious change.
Why per-user pricing works well
Most businesses think in terms of people, not machines. Per-user pricing matches how you actually plan and budget: hire someone, add a user; someone leaves, remove one. It also reflects reality, since most of the support and security effort follows the person — their accounts, their access, their laptop and phone — rather than a specific box on a desk.
When a per-device component applies
Where a business runs noticeably more devices than employees — shared workstations, kiosks, reception machines, or several computers per person — we add a small per-device component. The reason is straightforward: every extra machine still needs monitoring, patching, security and management, which is real ongoing work regardless of how many people log into it.
No surprises
Whichever basis applies to your business, we make it completely clear in your quote before you commit, so you understand exactly what you're paying for and why. If your device-to-staff ratio is unusual, just tell us and we'll explain how it affects the price up front — call (08) 9325 1196.
