Coverage & getting started

Do you provide on-site support, or is everything done remotely?

Quick answer

Both. The large majority of issues are fixed remotely — which is faster, because there's no waiting for someone to drive out — but when a job genuinely needs hands on hardware, a new office setup or a site visit, our Perth-based technicians come to you. You get the speed of remote support with the reassurance of a local team that can turn up.

It's not either/or. Good IT support is remote-first, on-site when it counts — and because we're genuinely local, we can do both.

Remote first — because it's faster

Most day-to-day issues — a software problem, a setting, a new mailbox, a password — are resolved remotely within minutes, with no call-out wait. That's quicker and cheaper for you than having someone drive across Perth for a five-minute fix.

On-site when it counts

Some things need hands on the equipment, and for those we come to you:

  • Hardware failures, replacements and new-device setups.
  • New office fit-outs, moves and cabling.
  • Network and server work that can't be done remotely.
  • Anything physical, or where it's simply better to be in the room.

Genuinely local matters here

Because our technicians are Perth-based, on-site help doesn't mean waiting days for a fly-in visit. We cover the whole metro area, from the CBD to the suburbs. You get the speed of remote support with the reassurance that a real person can turn up when needed. Call (08) 9325 1196.
