What are your standard support hours?

Our staffed support hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm AWST on normal business days. During these hours our Perth-based helpdesk is available for support requests, with critical issues prioritised and escalated ahead of routine tickets.

Monitoring never stops

Behind the staffed hours, business-critical systems are monitored around the clock. That means serious problems — a server going offline, a failed backup, a security alert — can be detected and escalated even outside office hours, rather than being discovered when someone walks in the next morning. Prevention runs 24/7 even though the helpdesk phone is staffed during business hours.

If you operate outside 9–5:30

Plenty of Perth businesses do — retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, or anyone with staff working evenings and weekends. For them, we can arrange after-hours support tailored to how critical their systems are, so they're covered when it counts. We'd rather agree the right level of cover with you than charge every client for round-the-clock staffing they'll never use.
