Do you offer 24/7 IT support?
Here is the honest picture, because it matters more than a marketing slogan: we monitor business-critical systems around the clock, while our staffed support hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm AWST on business days. Critical issues are prioritised, and genuine after-hours cover is available by arrangement.
What "24/7 monitoring" means
Around the clock, automated systems watch your servers, backups, security and key infrastructure. If something serious happens overnight — a backup fails, a server goes offline, a security alert fires — it is detected and escalated straight away, rather than being discovered when staff walk in the next morning. Prevention doesn't clock off at 5:30.
What our staffed hours mean
During 9:00am–5:30pm AWST business days, our Perth helpdesk is available for support requests. Critical, business-stopping issues are pushed to the front of the queue and escalated ahead of routine tickets, so the things that actually hurt get attention fast.
Need cover outside those hours?
For businesses that genuinely operate after hours — retail, hospitality, healthcare, or anyone who can't afford overnight downtime — after-hours and emergency support is available by arrangement. We will agree the right level of out-of-hours cover with you based on how critical your systems are.
